Coaching focuses on meeting regularly (usually once a fortnight), to explore where - and importantly why - you are where you are and how you are going to get to somewhere different. You choose what to focus on and everything we discuss is confidential.

My role as coach is to motivate and empower you to find your own solutions, rather than provide advice. I use a variety of techniques, exercises and tools including a summary personality profile (I am an Accredited DiSC assessor) to improve your own self-knowledge and remove self-imposed limitations.

I offer an initial three month package of six-sessions (plus an introduction session) for Life coaching. You can always add on extra sessions later if you wish. If your overall goal is large, e.g. ‘I’d like to return to work’ or 'I want to climb Everest’, then we would probably spend all six sessions focusing on this. If you have a few smaller goals, then each time we meet we may look at a different topic. What we cover in each session is entirely up to you, not me.
